Cod and Pancetta Fishcake
A variation on the classic cod fishcake recipe – cod fillet pieces have been mixed with diced and mashed potato, sliced spring onions and Italian pancetta pieces. All coated in a light batter and a sea salt and black pepper breader.

- Oven bake 180°C 18-20 minutes.
