All our product are packed in waxed cardboard cartons made from 750 gsm Brown Kraft Outside / White Kraft + Food Grade PE inside.

Larry was the founder of the company and is Great Grandad to the current owner.

Craig Foster is the current owner of the company. Great Grandson to the original Larry.

No. Unfortunately we don’t have an onsite company shop and we don’t supply fishcakes by post. Please get in touch with us to find a stockist near you.

The cod fish has speckled brown and green skin with a white stripe from head to tail. Cod is more mild in flavour. Haddock fish are black and grey with a black line running from head to tail. Haddock meat is stronger in fish flavour than Cod.
