Thai Fishcake
A fishcake with style made from a blend of salmon and cod mixed with mashed potato, coconut, lemongrass, garlic, lime leaf, ginger and chilli for aromatic flavours associated with Thai cooking. These cakes are coated in a light breadcrumb mixed with desiccated coconut for an extra crunchy sweetness.
