A twist on the melting middle fishcake, this cake has a very light coating earning it the Naked name! Natural Smoked Haddock is blended with mashed potato surrounding a smooth béchamel sauce that has extra mature cheddar added for a flavour boost! Coated in a light salt and pepper breader for a lighter eating experience.

  • Oven bake 200°C 20-22 minutes.
