A touch of luxury has been added to this fishcake made from a blend of diced salmon, mashed potato and diced mozzarella cheese, seasoned with chopped fresh dill and lemon. Coated in a Yorkshire breadcrumb coating the mozzarella oozes out when the fishcake has been cooked for a tasty melted cheese bonus.
