Smoked Haddock and Salmon Fishcake
For those who follow a gluten free diet this cake is made from natural smoked haddock and salmon pieces blended with mashed potato and fresh diced onion. Seasoned with lemon and horseradish we use a gluten free batter and in a coarse gluten free breadcrumb in the coating.

- Oven bake 200°C 20-22 minutes.
