Ingredients

We source all our ingredients from suppliers who share our values of food safety, high quality and authenticity. Only the best ingredients are good enough to be made into fishcakes that have the Larry’s name on the box.

Recipes

Our traditional fishcake is made from simple ingredients – Whitefish, flaked potato, parsley and salt. Blended together they make a batch that we’ll use to make over 1000 cakes.

Forming

The cake is formed into shape using a gentle process that doesn’t compress the mix, we like to treat our fishcakes with care to give you a light fluffy core.

To give a crispy coating we then coat the cake in batter and a light, seasoned crumb before placing it onto trays ready for freezing.

Packing

After freezing, the cakes are ready to be packed and despatched. Ready to cook from frozen and put on your plate.
